End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs use of the Riverstone Claude Integration application ("App"), an internal tool built by Riverstone Investments Inc. ("Riverstone," "we," "us") to connect Riverstone's QuickBooks Online account to internal accounting and automation workflows.

1. License Grant

Riverstone grants authorized Riverstone personnel a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App solely for Riverstone's internal accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting purposes.

2. Scope of Use

The App is not distributed publicly and is not available for use by any party outside of Riverstone Investments Inc. The App connects to Riverstone's own QuickBooks Online company file via the Intuit Developer API to read and write accounting data (journal entries, invoices, expenses, and related records) on Riverstone's behalf.

3. Data Handling

Data accessed through the App is Riverstone's own financial data. The App does not share, sell, or transmit this data to any third party outside of Riverstone's internal systems and authorized service providers.

4. Disconnection

Riverstone may disconnect the App from its QuickBooks Online account at any time via QuickBooks Online's connected apps settings.

5. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Riverstone is solely responsible for reviewing and approving any financial entries created or modified through the App.

6. Termination

This Agreement terminates automatically if the App's connection to QuickBooks Online is revoked or if the App ceases to be used for Riverstone's internal purposes.
